In addition to being ideal for all dry bulk product types including frac sand, barite clay, cement, pulverants and powders, granules, pebble and feeds. The CycloSaver is also capable of liquid bulk transfer, this dual modality offers unprecedented operational flexibility for the haulage industry.
It's Light
The CycloSaver weighs as little as 257 pounds, offering increased payload capacity. Compared to a typical bi-lobe blower, using a CycloSaver allows you up to 167 pounds in payload capacity per delivery.
It's Cool
The CycloSaver has the lowest output temperatures of any comparable design, seeing discharge air up to 80°F cooler than other blowers. This protects product integrity while reducing the need for expensive and heavy auxiliary coolers, and ultimately prolonging component life and lowering the total operating cost of your trailer.
It's Quiet
Compared to a straight lobe blower, the CycloSaver is 10-12 dBA quieter. Its helical screw-style rotors add to the longevity of your trailer by reducing the stress caused by pulsating bi-lobe blowers. This decreases the need for operator hearing protection while also reducing the need for addition sound abatement measures.
